I’m telling you, as someone who has made social media her full time job for the last nearly decade, it IS possible, you just have to get out of your own damn way…

8 years ago, I was desperate to find a way to monetize my time online. I was a new mom of 2 and I refused to go back to work and leave my kids, but we were STRUGGLING.

We were trapped in that my husband couldn’t make more at his full time job until the next 2% annual pay rise 🙃

It really was up to me to do something.

It has blessed us with a life of adventure & travel to places I never could have imagined!

But the best part, I can still do school pick ups and drop offs, I can still have my 3 yo home with me and I can work it around my life!

Firstly, listen, I love coffee! I reallly do. But I don’t use it as my energy source, and if you are, you’re doing it wrong because your body NEEDS TO BE NOURISHED.

I’m not interested in fluff, I want to give you the real deal, no BS truth about why you’re struggling through your day using caffeine to make you feel better without actually dealing with the root issue = YOU NEED MINERALS

If you’re relying on coffee to get through the day, you’re probably burning through minerals faster than you’re replacing them. Here’s why daily mineral intake is non-negotiable if you actually want sustainable energy:

Cyclone Alfred things…

We prepped our house as much as possible, I evacuated with the kids yesterday to my moms, but couldn’t settle knowing Jono was there alone with the animals. Forced him to leave and go to his moms late last night.

We met back ay the house today and had no power so I emptied out the fridge and freezer and he took two kids and I stayed at my moms with the other two.

We are making the best of it!

Feeling safe here and praying for the best.

We have a long night and day tomorrow ahead.
