ABOUT BEC

In 2010, I became a vegan overnight after reading a book about the lifestyle. While I remained a vegan for 10 years, and then transitioned away from it again due to further research and some health issues with my kids, the decision led me down a path I will be forever grateful for.

It opened me up to the world of health through nutrition and lifestyle. At the beginning of 2011 I began studying a bachelor in health sciences, majoring in naturopathy and learning about the power of holistic medicine. Mid 2012, I deferred my studies due to a big life change, and shortly after found out I was pregnant with my first child, and moving to the USA.

That 18 months of studying set me on a path, and I knew that natural, holistic health was not only a path I wanted to continue on, but also wanted to share about with the world.

In 2013, the birth of my first baby, Caprice, changed my forever. A 65 hour labor and planned home birth, led me down a road feeling overwhelmingly passionate about natural, unmedicated, home birth and I began sharing about it online, encouraging other women to own their births too!

I continued to share about plant based nutrition online and then documented my second pregnancy and birth. Which was an even more transformative experience. My second planned home birth, cemented the fact I was obsessed with birth and really stirred up a fire in my belly to encourage women to step outside the broken system.

At the same time, I had joined Young Living, a wellness company and started incorporating essential oils into my low tox regime. Experiencing firsthand, the power of essential oils and seeing how they worked wonders on my two kids, created yet another passion.

I have always been entrepreneurial and sharing my love of wellness seemed like a no-brainer, when the potential for creating more freedom was on offer. For 5 years now, I have been building a business with Young living, creating a network of passionate wellness-seekers, and freedom-chasers. I have been leading women into this life of abundance, and raising up the leaders within them.

This business enabled my family to stay in the US after my husband, Jonathan, lost his job due to covid in March 2020. My income gave us the ability to stay on until we decided it was time to move back to Australia to be close to family for the arrival of our 4th baby.

After four planned home births, two of them being free birth (a birth not assisted by any medical professionals), I decided it was time to share my wisdom and knowledge and create a course, designed to empower women for their upcoming birth. It is jam packed full of all the information you need to know, in order to enter into birth prepared for everything. The course is focused on women choosing to home birth, but any woman could take the course and find empowerment through the lessons. You can learn more about the course here.

Our now family of six live on the Gold Coast, Australia and have just purchased land to build our own little mini homestead, and create self sustainability, while teaching our kids important life skills often lost in our modern culture.

I continues to find fulfillment in empowering and encouraging women - whether that be in their wellness journey, stepping into entrepreneurship, or in realizing the powerful birthing Goddess that they already are.

Thank you for being here, and supporting me and my family!
